Weigh day
I wasn't expecting any loss this week. I've been eating more than I should I think due to PMS. Lucky me...and everyone around me. I've even nibbled on a few things I shouldn't have...chips, cookie dough. It's not that I'm craving that stuff. I just miss being able to eat to capacity all the good-but-bad-for-you food!!! I don't think I'll ever get over that feeling.
I'm down 1.4 for a total of 33.8. I'll take it!
