Rewards are good
Last week was an extremely busy time for BZ at work. It was assessment/audit time and he worked his ass off! Friday, big boss and little boss called him into big boss's office. They thanked him for his hard work (and for wife's patience; that's what the certificate said, thankyouverymuch, and yes, he and I got a good laugh out of that wondering if wife referred to me!) and gave him two nights at a casino resort and dinner, plus $300 cash! I was shocked!! So was BZ! He definitely deserved something for all that he did...just damn glad it includes me, too! :)
I spent the majority of Saturday over at Junkmel's place. The addition and remodeling looks fantastic and looks original to the house. It's very, very nice! I had a great time getting out of my four walls and talking bead talk and trying to figure out men. No, we don't have an answer yet. We went to a couple of antique stores "just lookin'." It was exactly what my mental state needed! Thanks, Junkmel!
I'm still boycotting any work right now. I've been beading and making some pretty neat stuff, if I do say so myself. I'm really enjoying this time now.
