Weigh in week four
I was down 2.6 this past week, making a total of 27 lbs. in four weeks.
This past weekend, being a long one, was a little difficult. I finally realized it was because I had a lot of idle time. I didn't work on transcripts. I needed a break from that. BZ and I did a few projects around here...more him than me. :) I could have really done some damage, but I didn't. I am noticing that I'm not eating the vegetables like I was. I've got to change that. That's usually the first thing I start cutting out.
I've still got miles to go, but I'm sure happy with what I've done. I just have to remind myself that those miles are going to take time.
