Keeping tabs

I've been scanning the pages at a recipe site and came across a slow-cooker chicken recipe. I've made something similar and we liked it, so I'll give this one a shot.

Put 4 to 6 chicken breasts (mine were frozen) in the crock pot. If yours are thawed, cube them. Add 1/8 cup of margarine, kinda spread it over them. Sprinkle dry italian dressing seasoning over them. I didn't use the entire package, probably half of it. Cook for 8 hours. After that, add 8 oz. cream cheese (I use reduced fat, only kind I buy now) and can of cream of chicken soup, or whatever flavor is in your pantry. Break up the chicken somewhat and stir in the added stuff. Serve over noodles or rice.

I've got to start cleaning out the freezer and pantry around here. I just open doors and cram stuff in. I don't even know what's in there anymore! Hate that feeling.

Junkmel got me motivated yesterday and I got up off my fat ass and actually cleaned the kitchen...pulled stuff off countertops and REALLY cleaned. Today may be floor cleaning day, unless she motivates me in another direction. :)
